I returned from a trip on a Sunday walked downstairs to my finished basement onto water from a leaking toilet tank. After stopping the leak I grabbed the shop vacuum in hopes to minimize the damage. Soon I realized the damage was greater than I hoped. I made several calls only to reach voice mail then I called M&J Restoration, my call was answered “How can we help you”. Mike pulled into my driveway 1hour and 20minutes later. The prompt professional service, their genuine concern and professionalism has provided to be the most valuable phone call I could have made. I want to thank service teams M&J Resolution owners Mike and James sent to assist repairs. Each team reflecting the same genuine concern. The level of respect to my home and myself reduced my high anxiety to confidence. I highly recommend M&J Restoration, wish there was 10🌟 rating, I made the right phone call.

I recently had my drains to my basement in my home backup and ultimately my entire basement flooded. It was devastating upon discovery. I wanted to call a young small local business. And I chose the right guys for the job. They had my home all cleaned up and tore out in 26 hours from discovery. All cleaned up and gone for the day. Then 1.21 gigawatts of power and equipment vibrated my house for a couple days. I would call them anytime hands down. But in all honesty. I hope I never need your services again. If you’re reading this review. I’m sorry you need restoration services. Devastating. But all solved now. I could have never done this job myself. These are the guys to call!!!

Without being dramatic, there are certain things that happen in your home that you are ill equipped to deal with and you must call in a professional. For us, this was raw sewage in our basement. We had to have our sewage line snaked out and it left an overwhelming filthy mess. We have owned homes for 35 years and had never faced this daunting process. The clog was freed but the aftermath was daunting. After a sleepless night, I started calling restoration companies at 7 am on a Sunday to see if I could find an honest and reputable crew that would solve our problem. When I called M and J, John answered the phone, gave me a fair price, explained how they would clean, sanitize, and deodorize our home. We were astounded that he showed up when he promised, delivered exactly what he told us, and charged the amount that he quoted. Our home was restored in 6 hours and I am forever grateful for their professionalism. We lived through a literal 💩 storm and came out unscathed because of M and J Restoration. Personally, we were paying cash to solve the problem because our deductable is high and we didn’t want our insurance to dramatically increase for 7 years. Also, we didn’t want to spend the extra time dealing with insurance when our home was a disaster zone. I have learned a few things this weekend: don’t ignore gurgling toilets, water sensors in your basement are a game changer, and having a reputable restoration company in your contacts is a must.

Best clean carpet company I have ever used. The guys were the nicest and most polite. Sorry I failed to get their names. I would highly recommend Voda.

Just had a water emergency from floodwaters last night due to heavy rain. Started making some phone calls, and these guys were our heroes! They returned our call promptly and set up a time to arrive in the morning and took care of the pad and extracted water off the carpet. Thanks a bunch you guys are Lifesavers!!!!!
